Hasmik Hakobyan

Hasmik began working at “Nakashian Children’s Support Center” in April 2013. She came to the Mer Hooys program after teaching biology and working as the academy chair of the Academy of Biology. During her first two years at Mer Hooys, she pursued and finished a one-year distance learning course in Social Work and Social Technology. She has worked for more than 14 years in the sphere of social care of children. “Miss Hasmik,” as the girls call her, is married and has two beautiful daughters. Hasmik also teaches handicraft to the children. The children learn to sew and make different objects with yarn. She is also a talented cook, and makes delicious cakes for the girls and staff. She shares her talents with the children with great pleasure.
